Defense Entrepreneurs Forum members have been helping build a culture of innovation in the national security community. Yesterday, the Defense Innovation Board voted on two of their four recommendations. They decided to recommend the Department of Defense create a new I-STEM career field and establish technology and innovation training for senior leaders. More details can be found here. DEF members played an important role in the event, with Josh Marcuse acting as the Board’s executive director and Dave Blairserving as one of the speakers prior to the board’s vote.
